Thank you for choosing Crafted on Pearl! We are so excited for you to receive your unique, handcrafted piece. Because many of our items are custom-made, our shipping policy reflects the extra care and time that goes into creating each order.
Order Processing & Custom Creation Time

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for items that are already made and in stock will be processed and shipped within 10 business days.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: All custom and made-to-order items require a dedicated creation period before they can be shipped. Please refer to the product description for the specific estimated creation time for your item. This timeframe typically ranges from 10 to 21 business days, but may vary based on the complexity of the design and our current order volume.

Rush Orders: If you need your item sooner, please contact us before placing your order to inquire about a rush order. We will do our best to accommodate your request for an additional fee, based on our availability.
Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, and we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping: USPS Ground - Estimated delivery of 5 to 7 business days after the item has shipped.

Expedited Shipping: USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground - Estimated delivery of 2 to 5 business days after the item has shipped.

Overnight Shipping: USPS Express - Estimated delivery of 1 business day after the item has shipped.
Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been created and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
Damages & Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your handmade items to ensure they arrive safely. However, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be required for the claim process.

Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a lost package claim.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that you, the customer, are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs that may be applied to your order upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
